When Hill's Science Diet increased their prices for dry cat food, it became unaffordable for us to continue to participate in that program.

We need YOUR help!

Area residents wishing to help can drop off cat food donations at the shelter (23 Valley Bend Road) or at the Image Maker Salon (corner of Walnut Street, across from the Barbour County Bank).  While we prefer Purina Cat Chow and Purina Kitten Chow dry food, any dry food donations should be DYE FREE (no red food coloring).   Any flavor of canned (pate type) Friskies or Purina cat food is welcomed.

If you would like to help, but do not live in our area, a monetary donation would be greatly appreciated.  You may make your donation via PayPal by clicking on the button below, or you may send a check made payable to AFOBC and mailed to PO Box 452, Philippi WV 26416.  In either case, PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THAT YOUR DONATION IS TO BE USED FOR CAT FOOD.

If you have questions or need additional information, contact Kim at 304-823-3012.

We have always been grateful for your help in the past, and we hope you will help us now with this critical situation.
