Two of our very best "foster moms" need your help in finding forever homes for the dogs pictured here.  These wonderful ladies have cared for a number of our shelter animals, many of which were our "special" cases -- animals that were very sick, or critically injured.  They have always been there for us -- and now we need to be there for them.  Health issues are forcing them to place some of their loving companions in new homes -- a very difficult decision for them.  We are asking you to take a special look at the dogs on this page and help find wonderful homes for them.

If you have specific questions about the dogs, Liz and Suzan will be happy to answer them.  You can contact them by e-mail by clicking on the button below.
PLEASE NOTE:  Liz and Suzan are out of town until April 15th.  They will answer your e-mails when they return.  In the meantime, for info about the puppies, you may click on the special link located below the puppy photos.

Sweetie has been up on our website for a long time.  She lives with all these other dogs and really is a nice dog.  She has demonstrated some "food aggression" issues -- the ladies can tell you more about that.  Sweetie has been spayed and has had her shots, and would make a wonderful companion for a family with a fenced-in yard.  She is especially fond of her friend, Missy.
Missy is a one-year old Peke/Doxie mix who dearly loves her friend, Sweetie.  She's happy to sit in a chair and watch the world.  She has been spayed and has had her shots.  She is happy outside in a fenced yard, and will also cuddle with you.
Buster and Bandit are brother and sister mini-Collie mixes.  They are a year old, have been spayed and neutered and had their shots.  Liz and Suzan describe them as "25 pounds of loving energy".  They love to "fetch" and sit on your lap (and sleep in your bed!).  They are both paper trained and outside trained ~ will walk on a leash.  Aren't they just adorable?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

ALL OF THESE PUPS HAVE BEEN RESCUED!
