TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION

Hi!  My name is Carol and I've volunteered to handle the online sale of tickets for our Fishing Trip Raffle. 

It's simple to pay by check to order tickets!

Click here to go to the printable ticket order form.  Print out

and complete the form.  Mail the completed form, along with

your check (made payable to AFOBC) to me

(my address is on the printable form).

I'll get your ticket(s) in the mail to you asap---

usually within one to two days of receiving your check.

NOTE:  You will receive only the 'information' part of the ticket.

I'll complete the stub portion and retain it here.  The winning

number will be selected from ALL the sold ticket stubs.

THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING TICKETS ONLINE IS October 24, 2015!!
